  I love this Canadian Tire. The owner does a great job hiring enthusiastic and helpful staff. Selection is great and plenty of deals are to be found everywhere. I would drive out of my way to come to this specific location. They have in-store deals you never see in Montreal.

  I never rate business online, however after my 3rd bad experience with the garage department, I felt I had to. The service at the garage department headed by Sophie Caron is horrible. I can understand that mistakes can be made, but when you are made to feel that the mistake is your fault, and when you are lied to order to sell automotive parts, this is unacceptable. Add to the totally unfriendly customer service that Sophie Caron provides... the garage department is to be avoided at all cost. I would even rather pay more at another garage then take my vehicle back to this garage.

  Poor service tried explaining to them I've just bought new tire in June and had you guys install them for me and had them under garuntee :@ they refused to help had to change the tire because of a rock causing my tire to keep going flat and they wouldn't fix it because it wasn't under their garuntee but we had the papers saying it was very disappointed with Canadian tire

  This a terrible location.. they rarely have what u need in the automotive department and the staff is rarely very helpful or cheerful. Items are often mis placed on the shelves so the price is inaccurate. The staff rarely take responsibility for any of these things instead of just apologizing and being helpful. In an age where most things can be ordered online for less and shipped to ur door for cheap, i still like to support a classic Canadian business instead.. but why bother if they won't encourage ur business!

  I called from out of province to ask about a non resident fishing licence. The lady who answered the phone wouldn't speak english to me. Then hung up the phone. I called back. She spoke very good english for about 1 of my questions. Then gave up and gave me some fish and game phone number. She hung up the phone as soon as she was done saying the number. I will be stopping at a different Canadian tire on my vacaction to quebec, to buy a licence and fishing gear.
